Thalassa stamps that plan onto the booking as a ledger for each student on it.

Each ledger line shows a schedule button until a session is booked for it.

Mark attendance
Students marked present have the session counted. Absent or late-cancel keeps it owed.
Per student
Group bookings, tracked person by person
Couples, friends and families often book together and progress at different speeds. A group booking in Thalassa keeps one ledger per student, so each person’s sessions are counted separately even though it’s one booking and one payment.

Frequently asked questions
Can a student use a session from one package on another?
Sessions are tracked per booking, so each package’s ledger stays separate. That keeps revenue and sessions for each sale clean.
What if a package includes several sessions of the same type?
Set the quantity on the package, for example two open water sessions. Each one appears as its own line on the ledger.
Can I add a session to a student outside their package?
Yes. You can run standalone sessions that are not tied to a package, for example a one-off coaching session.
Does it work for training memberships?
