The short version
Different tools for different priorities
Manage Freediving is a CRM and booking system. Its strengths are student-facing: online course booking, taking payments, and tracking certifications across agencies.
Thalassa is an operations and finance system. Its strengths are behind the scenes: tracking exactly which sessions each student is owed, scheduling instructors without clashes, and showing whether the center is profitable after salaries and costs.
- Choose Manage Freediving if students booking and paying online is your top priority today.
- Choose Thalassa if your biggest pain is course admin, staffing and not knowing your real margins.
